Telesales Executive

You will be responsible for building your own client base, which we will reward as follows:

A competitive basic salary

An uncapped commission structure

  • Year 1 potential earnings OTE £24000
  • Year 2 potential earnings OTE £40000
  • Year 3 potential earnings OTE £50000

 

As a Telesales Executive you will be working as part of our Telesales team in obtaining new business and following up appropriate business leads whilst actively selling the company products and delivering a consultative sales approach.

  • Friendly working hours – Monday to Friday either 8am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5pm NO WEEKENDS**

General Role Purpose - Description:

WES is seeking a Telesales Co-Ordinator to join our high performing team in (LOCATION). Our new team members must have the same enthusiasm, reliability, maturity and self-starting attitude that make WEX Europe Services an employer of choice.

 

Our sales model is heavily focused on our Telesales teams attaining new business, via telemarking activity. This is supported by numerous marketing channels.

As a Telesales Agent, you will be working toward specific KPI’s including call activity, new business applications, new customer activations and fuel volume targets. You will be measured both on your ability to bring in new business and   to grow your existing customer portfolio.

This role requires an enthusiastic, committed and results oriented individual.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team in obtaining new business
  • Following up appropriate business leads and actively selling our products
  • Delivering a consultative sales approach
  • Maintaining a pipeline and maximizing conversion rates
