We are looking for an experienced Partnership Marketing Executive to manage our partner activity and optimize performance. You will work with all functions across the business with particular engagement with both Sales and Marketing across Europe.

Key Responsibilities of the Partnership Marketing Executive:

  • Take overall responsibility for reporting channel performance to senior management and partners
  • Support pitch and launch activity with potential/new clients
  • Monitor achievement of partners through KPIs, SLAs, retention and review meetings
  • Main point of contact for all existing partners
  • Responsible for achieving lead and volume objectives
  • Supports the initial setup an onboarding of each new partnership
  • Responsible for the planning, creation and evaluation of all partnership channel marketing activity
  • Create and develop plans by partner with a strong emphasis on optimizing engagement levels
  • Forecast lead and volume objectives, to be achieved through robust plans
  • Identify product/ proposition gaps in the market and work closely with Commercial Product Manager
  • Ensure roll out of partner welcome journey, Drive marketing for non-drawing campaign engagement
  • Continue to develop key areas of the business and support growth with partnership channel
  • Support all campaigns to maximise conversion rates as the leads are produced
  • Develop and maintain a reporting suite to analyse partner success

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experienced in acquisition campaign management and asset delivery
  • Experience in campaign forecasting and reporting
  • Experience of working with stakeholders, partners and marketing agencies
  • Experienced in working with call centre / operations teams
  • Client focused and good knowledge of relationship management
  • Excellent organisational and data analysis skills
  • Background operating in a similar role/industry (lead generation, CPA, Affiliate Marketing)
  • Track record of working in a multi-channel Marketing environment
