WEX Europe Services, owner of the ESSO CARD ™ fuel card portfolio, is one of Europe’s largest providers of fuel cards.
Due to the on-going success of our growing business we are looking to expand our customer service team by recruiting an experienced and Dutch – speaking Customer Services Representative to join our team in Crewe.
This role would be ideal for an experienced customer services advisor, customer support, helpdesk advisor or call centre agent looking to join a leading business at an exciting time in our history.
This customer-centric role comprises of client services and customer support.
Dutch fluency (written and spoken) is required for this role.
You will be answering all inbound customer calls, identifying type of query and which departments to hand the query to. Blocking fuel cards from verbal instruction from of the Customer, requesting confirmation in writing. Carrying out PIN reset/Reminder requests, identifying hand off for requests on mass. Forward all enquiries from Key Customers to our Customer Management team. Liaising with our Fraud team with enquiries/investigations and Customer Fraud Analyst. Logging all queries on our database system.
The right candidate for this role would enjoy both Customer Services and Administration.
