WEX Europe Services Ltd is a leading provider of business to business payment solutions and has an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Headquarters in Crewe.

You will be working in an expanding Field Sales Department. The Department will be undertaking a varied number of tasks required to maintain an operation supporting a growing Fuel Card business.

You will be providing customer facing pre and post-Sales support for the Field Sales Team. Provide administrative support to Sales Operations and Field Sales. Undertake the day to day operational activities and remove the need for Sales to seek support from Customer Service.

The Field Sales Coordinator will initially be based at our Crewe Head Office, with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week. In April 2022, we will be relocating to state-of-the art offices in Manchester City Centre.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Co-Ordinator:

  • Bid & Tender Project Lead (including Portal Management)
  • Pre-Sales support
  • On boarding & Implementation
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Customer / Reseller Market Research (e.g. digital presence)
  • Business Continuity to nominated Key Accounts/Reseller
  • Management of Customer MI Execution
  • Field Sales Project Co-ordination
  • Ensure Contract and Pricing activity is executed on time
  • QBR support and execution
  • Coordination and assignment of Leads (to ensure right team/channel assignment)
  • Customer Set Up and Amend
  • Managing Card Ordering and Fulfilment
  • Co-ordinating pricing notifications (to prospects)
  • Ad Hoc data analysis
  • Fulfilment execution of customer / reseller support material
  • Co-ordination with Customer Service to ensure Kay Account SLAs are met
  • Adhere to service SLAs for account set up and amend
  •  Ensure all collateral is up to date
  • Maintain Site list for GeoCode/Skin (become Super User)
