Inside Sales Manager B2B

WEX Europe Services is the owner of the Esso Card™ fuel card portfolio, one of Europe’s largest providers of fuel cards. We manage a range of flexible fuel cards in several key markets across the continent.

As we grow our sales function across Europe, the Telesales Manager will play a critical role in our success.



You will be responsible for managing a team of Telesales agents to deliver new business targets. You will be expected to set an example to team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, professionalism and work ethic.


The Telesales Manager will be measured on their ability to drive team performance. Specific KPI’s include telesales agent call activity, number of new business applications, new customer activations, and fuel volume targets. The latter will be measured both from new business, but also from the team’s ability to achieve more volume from existing customers.

This role requires an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual. This individual must have the ability to lead from the front and in turn, create a compelling environment for our team to develop and flourish.



  • Experience of managing an outbound telesales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a pro-active outbound selling environment, as well as a successful sales track record and the ability to demonstrate a professional sales approach
  • Excellent knowledge of the basic principles of sales
  • Ability to effectively coach sales agents
  • Embed a learning culture that positively impacts business performance
  • Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and support your line manager where necessary
  • Business spoken and written German and English
